To support these objectives, we conducted an outside-in analysis of implementing Cisco Meraki MV Smart Cameras (equipped with Video Analytics) at Floor & Decor Warehouse locations. We also included a unique linked benefit gained by deploying Meraki Smart Cameras with Meraki in store WiFi.

Our methodology included extensive live customer journey audits across multiple stores. We combined those in store experiences with thorough analysis of historical data from 10Ks & investor presentations.
